Christmas thanks to Curtin

Leader of the Opposition Tony Abbott joined local Federal Member for Curtin Julie Bishop to thank local business owners, volunteers and Liberal Party supporters last night at the annual Curtin Christmas Party.

Ms Bishop said around 100 people who have supported her during the year attended the event in her Subiaco office.

“There are many people who help me in my role as the local federal member and the Curtin Christmas Party is my way of saying thanks to those hardworking volunteers, businesses and supporters,” Ms Bishop said.

“I am proud to be the Federal Member for Curtin and I wish all the local residents and their families a happy and safe Christmas and New Year.”
